One of the many pets I have in my house is a bearded dragon named Leo. My wife had him out one night so I decided to draw him. Of course I needed to put my own twist on him, and the above bearded dragon cowboy is the result. It was very nice having a live model on hand to get his head and arms just right. Hope you enjoy!

(Do I have the right Chris?=) Your mom was telling my mom that you teach a course to help art students prepare their portfolios. My daughter Kelly is hoping to get into Animation or Illustration...and looking at Sheridan, Seneca/York and OCAD so far. We think she's got a lot of talent (biased mom? =) but we know we don't know the best way for her to present her work.
